Catch22 is seeking a Career Coach to work across North Essex and East Anglia, joining the Employability team on a fixed-term basis. The role involves guiding learners toward apprenticeships, employment, or further education, with a focus on Net Zero careers and Shell-funded initiatives.
The successful candidate will induct and support participants, develop CVs and applications, and coordinate with partners and employers. Hybrid working includes office and outreach across multiple locations.
