We are seeking an experienced OneStream Lead Consultant to join a global organisation on a 6-month contract. This is a pivotal role supporting our internal finance and project teams as they implement OneStream for group reporting, consolidation, and board-level reporting across the organisation.
This role requires a combination of functional and technical expertise. ideal for someone with solution architect-level technical knowledge alongside strong finance and consolidation experience. You will act as a key advisor within the business, helping ensure the successful design and delivery of the OneStream implementation
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with OneStream implementations, ideally across group reporting and consolidation.
- Strong background in finance and consolidation processes, with the ability to advise at board-reporting level.
- Blend of functional knowledge and technical capability (solution architect-level preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with senior finance and IT leaders.
- Experience advising on best practices in OneStream design, build, and deployment.
- Hands-on technical knowledge (e.g. dynamic cubes, integrations, or recent platform features) desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end implementation of OneStream within the organisation.
- Act as the client-side lead, bridging the gap between internal stakeholders and the implementation partner.
- Provide subject matter expertise on financial consolidation, group reporting, and board reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into OneStream functional and technical specifications.
- Oversee solution validation, ensuring deliverables meet organisational requirements.
- Offer guidance and best practice advice on consolidation, reporting, and platform design.
