Catch Resource Management are delighted to be supporting a well-established UK OneStream partner consultancy, currently seeking both Senior and Principal OneStream Consultants to join their expanding UK team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-impact finance transformation programmes, helping clients optimise their consolidation, planning, forecasting, ESG reporting, and wider performance management processes. You’ll be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions across the full project lifecycle, working with senior stakeholders, mentoring junior colleagues, and ensuring lasting client success.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience (full lifecycle).
- Solid understanding of finance processes (close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting).
- Good working knowledge of relational and multidimensional databases (e.g., SQL Server).
- Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and present solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in UAT support, troubleshooting, and post-go-live enablement.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Relevant degree (Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related).
- OneStream certification(s) preferred; project management certifications desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle OneStream implementations, from design through to go-live and optimisation.
- Build and maintain business rules, calculations, and integrations into OneStream.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Deliver best-practice configuration, workflow design, metadata management, and security setup.
- Support UAT, cutover, and go-live, ensuring smooth client adoption.
- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Assist with pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proof-of-concept builds.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
