NetSuite Systems Manager – NetSuite administrator, IT systems manager, NetSuite, Systems Administrator, Support Consultant, Systems analyst, systems support, NetSuite systems support, NetSuite support consultant, Analyst, Finance, Integrations, O2C, P2P, R2R, Supply Chain, Inventory, ERP, Retail, Celigo, IT Support – Gloucester, Midlands, Cheltenham, Bristol, Swindon, Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Newport.
Our client, a UK based end-user, is looking for a hands-on IT Systems Manager/Senior NetSuite Administrator who thrives on solving problems, understanding how systems connect, and keeping business-critical operations running smoothly. You will also be responsible for liaising with third party companies when required to deliver fixes, testing fixes, changes and new releases before releasing to the live environments.
The successful candidate will have ideally 2+ years NetSuite experience.
You will be required to be in their office 3 days a week in Gloucestershire.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years NetSuite administration experience or experience
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Celigo, and ideally Magento or similar D2C platforms
- Understanding of branch networks, VPN, VLANs implementation
- Solid Excel skills
- Comfortable with configuration, integration, light scripting, and process improvement
- Experience of Retail or Warehouse operations
- Experience managing QA processes and ensuring customer-ready outcomes
- Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities:
- Promote the use of NetSuite and be the central point of contact within the company
- Maintain a register of open issues/enhancement requests
- Manage and troubleshoot Celigo integration flows across platforms including Magento, WMS, Tipalti, Digital Genius, and RF-Smart
- Liase with partner companies to help scope, develop and deliver necessary changes
- Manage day-to-day ticket and project prioritisation aligned with the systems roadmap and business needs
- Own and execute end-to-end QA testing to ensure all developments meet the brief and are customer-ready
- Collaborate with Ops, Finance, and Tech to ensure systems evolve in line with business priorities
Location: Hybrid – Gloucestershire/Remote
