NetSuite Sales Director – Sales, SaaS, ERP, Enterprise Software, NetSuite, B2B, Solution Selling, Enterprise Deals, Cloud ERP, Sales Executive, Sales Lead, Solutions, UK Sales – £90,000k – £110,000k + OTE
Our global NetSuite partner client is looking to appoint a high-performing NetSuite Sales Director to own the UK & European market. This is a rare opportunity for a proven hunter who thrives under pressure, loves closing complex deals, and wants to make a real impact in a lean, agile team.
This role requires a sales professional who can manage the full deal cycle independently, from first pitch to signature, while collaborating with a small, high-performing UK team. If you are quota-driven, high-energy, and enjoy wearing multiple hats, this is the role for you.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Experience closing 6–7 figure ERP/SaaS/complex solution deals multiple times
- Consulting/advisory background, ideally with enterprise technology clients
- Experience running end-to-end deals solo, without reliance on presales support
- Ability to operate in a small, high-velocity team, taking ownership of pitching, negotiating, strategy, and sometimes demos
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing long sales cycles while keeping momentum high
- Experience selling NetSuite is a must
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business across the UK NetSuite market, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at executive levels
- Strategize and execute account plans to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Contribute to the team’s success while bringing a competitive, winning mentality
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market feedback to leadership
