As a NetSuite Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing NetSuite professionals into roles across a variety of industries. You will leverage your understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem and recruitment strategies to build relationships with candidates and clients alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
- Strong understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem, including its modules, implementation processes, and key job roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
Main Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
- Utilise various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to identify and engage qualified NetSuite professionals.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of NetSuite candidates.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their NetSuite staffing needs.
- Provide consultative recruitment services, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Manage the recruitment process from job brief to offer stage, ensuring a positive client experience.
Placement & Negotiation:
- Match suitable candidates with open roles, presenting their profiles to clients and arranging interviews.
- Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates through the interview process.
- Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and other employment terms between clients and candidates.
Market Research & Intelligence:
- Stay updated on NetSuite trends, industry changes, and developments within the ERP market.
- Conduct market mapping to identify key talent and potential clients within the NetSuite ecosystem.
- Share market insights with the team to drive strategic recruitment initiatives.
Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and placement outcomes.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
