Our global NetSuite partner client is looking to appoint a NetSuite Project Manager to join the team and rescue a project which is at early stages which is not has been going completely to plan.
They require a confident, client facing, heavy hitting project manager who can get this project back on track and deliver this successfully.
Candidate would need to be available immediately or within 2 weeks to be considered.
This role will predominantly be remote working with very occasional need to visit the client’s site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of NetSuite implementation
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the primary point of contact between the business and technical teams.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Work closely with internal NetSuite users, third-party consultants, and vendors.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure data integrity, testing, training, and successful go-live planning.
- Drive continuous improvement and post-go-live support/optimisation initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years experience managing NetSuite implementation or upgrade projects.
- Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, SCM, etc.).
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with integration tools and third-party NetSuite applications is a plus.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is desirable.
Location: UK Remote
Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
