Our client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Systems & Integrations Analyst to join their growing business. This is a hands-on role focused on owning and stabilising the NetSuite environment within a fast-paced organisation. You will work across NetSuite and the wider systems landscape, including integrations, fulfilment providers, and other third-party tools. The role is highly execution-focused, with an emphasis on keeping systems reliable, improving existing processes, and ensuring data accuracy across the business. Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience working with NetSuite in a functional or systems support role
- Strong understanding of core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, including workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting system integrations and data flows between NetSuite and third-party platforms
- Familiarity with eCommerce and operational systems such as Shopify, WMS, or fulfilment tools
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on system stability and data integrity
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the NetSuite system
- Monitor and resolve system and integration issues across NetSuite and connected platforms
- Ensure key finance and operational processes are running accurately and efficiently within NetSuite
- Maintain and improve workflows, reports, saved searches, and dashboards
- Support integration stability between NetSuite and third-party systems (eCommerce, fulfilment, logistics)
- Identify and resolve data issues, ensuring accuracy across systems
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Digital teams to support business needs
- Contribute to ongoing system improvements without over-engineering solutions
Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in London). Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
