Our client, a global NetSuite partner, are looking for a NetSuite Consultant to join their team and work on exciting projects. The successful candidate can be currently working for an end user in an administration role with exposure to the implementation project and keen to take the next step in their career. This role will provide a number of opportunities to expand your skillset. The position will be hybrid working with a mixture of remote and being in the office initially 1-2 days a week for both client and team meetings.
Key Skills & Experience:
- At least a yearβs ERP implementation experience
- Minimum of 1 year NetSuite experience
- Minimum of 1 NetSuite full lifecycle implementation
- Experience of planning and managing functional workstreams as a lead consultant or a workstream lead in a NetSuite implementation project
- Strong presentation skills and a proven ability to lead client-facing workshops
- Strong business process skills in 2 of the following areas β Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash
- Strong business process skills in any of the following ERP areas β Fixed Assets, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Services
Desirable:
- NetSuite certifications
- Finance certifications
- Previous experience of working consultancy side
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading business requirement workshops with clients and mapping requirements to system functionality.
- Management of phases within a NetSuite implementation project
- Management of data migration activities
- Compiling relevant project documentation as required including but not limited to functional specifications, technical specification, project issue logs, change requests, testing/use cases, training guides
- Producing status update documents and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate ability to quickly add value on client engagements
- Bring deep business process knowledge to work with clients to identify and analyse their business requirements, developing innovative solutions that leverage NetSuite capabilities
- Configure and troubleshoot NetSuite
- Provide input to development of customisations, integrations, reports and data migration activities
