Our client, a UK based end-user, is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join the business and assist in the support and maintenance of their recently implemented NetSuite system and integrated systems. You will also be responsible for liaising with third party companies when required to deliver fixes, testing fixes, changes and new releases before releasing to the live environments.
The successful candidate will have ideally 1+ years NetSuite experience or 2+ years ERP support/administration experience within a supply chain capacity and be able to support with other IT queries. You will be required to be in their office 1/2 days a week in Hertfordshire.
Key Skills & Experience:- 2+ years NetSuite experience or experience using a similar ERP/Supply Chain system
- Good General Microsoft and Active Directory knowledge
- Understanding of branch networks, VPN, VLANs implementation
- Solid Excel skills
- Experience of Retail or Warehouse operations
- Able to maintain clear documentation of project progress and challenge timescales where necessary
- Knowledge of Celigo, Waerlinx, Slimstock, Courier Integrations, EPOS, SQL, Sharepoint, Office365, Prima where possible
- Promote the use of NetSuite and be the central point of contact within the company
- Maintain a register of open issues / enhancement requests
- Liase with partner companies to help scope, develop and deliver necessary changes
- Act as first line of support for any issues raised on NetSuite or the related systems
- Administer the systems setting up new users and uploading data as required to support the business
- Developing reports, Dashboards and other small enhancements to drive adoption and reduce reliance on third parties
- Test or coordinate user testing in NetSuite Sandbox to approve changes before implementation
- Maintain awareness of Oracle NetSuite capabilities through its twice-yearly upgrade program determining where upcoming features could be employed within the business
Location: Hertfordshire Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
