NetSuite Administrator – Systems Administrator, Support Consultant, Systems Analyst, Support Analyst, NetSuite Consultant, Application Support, ERP Analyst, ERP Support, NetSuite Support, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, OneWorld, NetSuite Systems Accountant – Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth, Stirling
Are you an experienced NetSuite Administrator looking to take ownership of a dynamic ERP environment within a growing business? We’re partnering with an established organisation seeking a talented NetSuite professional to join their in-house systems team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and roll-outs to newly acquired sites alongside enhancing system functionality.
The role would require 2-3 days a week on-site in the client’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and configure NetSuite to support evolving business processes.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Develop saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Identify and implement system improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support data integrity, imports, and basic integration troubleshooting.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a NetSuite Administrator with solid OneWorld exposure.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes, particularly in finance, operations and supply chain.
- Proficiency in system configuration, workflows, and customisations.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to investigate complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to analysis process flows.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred but not essential.
Location: Glasgow
Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
