We are looking for a D365 CE Solution Architect to lead functional solution design and integration design across client delivery projects. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and wider Microsoft AI Business Solutions, including Customer Insights, Contact Centre and Power Platform.

The role will also take ownership of solution design on sales pursuits, support scope management during delivery, and help ensure successful outcomes across multiple projects while meeting expectations at Senior Manager grade.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven D365 CE Solution Architecture experience in client-facing environments
• Experience working with one or more structured architecture frameworks
• Experience leading and overseeing both waterfall and agile delivery teams
• Experience documenting, proposing and presenting solution options (HLD / LLD)
• Experience working with technical delivery teams, including nearshore and offshore teams
• Experience in bid preparation and presentations, including system demonstrations
• Experience modelling delivery estimates / budgets and supporting commercial delivery decisions
• One or more relevant expert-level Microsoft certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in client-facing delivery roles
• Provide oversight across multiple projects simultaneously to support client success
• Engage senior client stakeholders to drive customer outcomes and challenge existing approaches
• Model commercial delivery approaches to support accurate estimation and budgeting while remaining competitiveLead the creation of reusable assets to improve delivery efficiency and go-to-market offerings
• Define architecture requirements based on client needs
• Build solution architecture for Microsoft AI Business Solutions, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Customer Insights, Contact Centre and wider Power Platform
• Document, propose and discuss solution options as part of programme teams (high-level design / low-level design)
• Contribute to successful project outcomes through collaboration with wider team members
• Work closely with technical development teams, including nearshore and offshore capability
