We’re supporting a leading OneStream partner consultancy that is continuing to grow its delivery team due to strong client demand. They’re looking to hire a Functional OneStream Consultant with a background as a Business Analyst across OneStream or wider EPM finance transformation programmes.
This is a client‑facing role focused on shaping and delivering high‑quality OneStream solutions from a functional perspective. It’s ideal for someone who understands finance processes deeply and can translate business requirements into effective system designs, without needing hands‑on technical or coding experience.
Key responsibilities- Work as a Functional Consultant on end‑to‑end OneStream implementations for enterprise clients
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with senior finance stakeholders
- Act in a Business Analyst capacity, documenting business processes, requirements, and functional designs
- Partner closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and effective system configuration
- Support solution validation including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, driving process improvement and best practice
- Assist with client training, adoption, and post‑go‑live support
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout delivery
- Experience working on OneStream implementations in a functional or Business Analyst capacity
- Background in EPM / CPM / Finance Transformation projects
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (FP&A, consolidation, financial reporting)
- Proven ability to engage with and influence senior finance stakeholders
- Experience facilitating workshops and producing high‑quality functional documentation
- Experience within a consultancy or OneStream partner environment
- Exposure to other EPM tools (Hyperion, SAP BPC, TM1, Anaplan)
- Finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
