- Our client is seeking an experienced
Head of Business Systems & Operations to join their growing B2B Saa S organisation.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the company's core systems architecture across Salesforce, Net Suite, and the integration layer (i Paa S).
You'll be responsible for ensuring clean, reliable data flows across Finance, GTM, and operational teams, while driving automation, scalability, and system alignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to own and evolve a closed‑loop systems architecture (lead‑to‑revenue, quote‑to‑cash) within a scaling environment.
- Key Skills & Experience
- 8+ years' experience in Business Systems, Rev Ops, or Enterprise Systems within B2B Saa S
- Strong expertise across Salesforce and Net Suite, including integrating and aligning both systems
- Hands‑on experience with i Paa S tools (e. g. Workato, Celigo, Boomi)
- Proven experience designing and managing end-to-end business processes (lead-to-revenue, quote-to-cash)
- Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and system design
- Experience partnering with Finance, Sales, and Operations leaders
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on across systems and automation
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end business systems architecture, ensuring seamless integration across Salesforce, Net Suite, and the wider tech stack.
- Lead the development of a closed-loop system (lead-to-revenue and quote-to-cash), ensuring accurate and trusted data across the business.
- Drive automation and integration strategy, improving efficiency and reducing manual processes.
- Establish and enforce data governance and system standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations leaders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing systems function, ensuring a hands‑on, delivery‑focused culture.
