Our UK wide charitable organisation are actively looking for an experienced D365 F&O Developer/Technical Consultant to join their internal team on a permanent basis to assist with multiple, new implementations of D365, process improvements and new developments to their ERP estate. This person will be responsible for taking the lead in planning, developing and supporting D365FO solutions. This role will be performed on a remote basis with travel to an office approximately once a month.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 5 years’ development experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively
- Strong knowledge of core D365 F&O
- Expert understanding of X++, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, 3rd Party integration and APIs
- Previous experience working in an agile development environment using DevOps and TFVC desirable
- Experience working with Power Platform
- Clear and effective communications
- Experience with Life Cycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, TFS/Git, D365 Common Data model would be highly beneficial
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and support new solutions within D365FO
- Creating technical design documents
- Work with Functional Consultants, Technical Architects and third-party vendors to resolve issues
- Providing technical advice to functional teams
- Consult and deliver change activity
- Ensure new features are evaluated and implemented appropriately
- Perform impact analysis tasks
Location: UK remote
