You will leverage your understanding of the D365 F&O ecosystem and recruitment strategies to build relationships with candidates and clients alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on ERP systems, preferably D365 F&O. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles. Strong understanding of the D365 ecosystem, including its modules, implementation processes, and key job roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems). Main Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Utilise various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to identify and engage qualified D365 F&O professionals. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of D365 F&O candidates. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their D365 staffing needs. Provide consultative recruitment services, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability. Manage the recruitment process from job brief to offer stage, ensuring a positive client experience. Placement & Negotiation: Match suitable candidates with open roles, presenting their profiles to clients and arranging interviews. Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates through the interview process. Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and other employment terms between clients and candidates. Market Research & Intelligence: Stay updated on D365 F&O trends, industry changes, and developments within the ERP market. Conduct market mapping to identify key talent and potential clients within the D365 F&O ecosystem. Share market insights with the team to drive strategic recruitment initiatives. Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM system.
