Our global end user client is seeking a NetSuite Solution Lead/NetSuite Systems Manager to act as the main point of contact for all NetSuite related issues. They are currently using NetSuite across all their financials and manufacturing, so ideally, they are seeking someone who has manufacturing experience. This role will require a candidate to be in the office once a week or biweekly for the right candidate.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' hands-on NetSuite experience.
  • Previous experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Systems Administrator, Super User or similar.
  • Understanding of SuiteScript (hands-on experience or the ability to work alongside developers).
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience within Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Someone who enjoys training and educating users across the business.
  • A proactive individual who enjoys solving problems and driving system improvements.
  • Ability to commute to the Cornwall office once per week (or biweekly by agreement).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the NetSuite platform across the business.
  • Design, configure and implement improvements to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to optimise business processes.
  • Manage users, roles and system security.
  • Investigate and resolve support tickets and system issues.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
  • Coordinate system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Deliver training and support to end users across the business.
  • Work with third-party NetSuite partners and integration providers.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend system enhancements.
  • Support integrations including Finance, Electronic Banking, NetLease, Medius and other connected systems.

Location: Cornwall
