Our global client is seeking a D365 F&O Technical Consultant with experience of utilising AI capabilities to improve the function of the Supplier Portal within D365.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Deep background as a Technical Consultant or Lead Developer inside complex D365 F&SCM / F&O environments with expert knowledge of X++ development frameworks and core data entities.
  • Proven expertise using Power Platform, Power Pages, Dataverse, and secure data mapping tools (Dual-write, Virtual Entities, OData).
  • Hands-on experience or highly developed proof-of-concept exposure leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI integrations, or Azure AI Document Intelligence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and build out a streamlined supplier web layer (utilizing Power Pages, custom Dataverse data structures, and advanced APIs) to entirely bypass standard, non-intuitive ERP UI flows.
  • Construct, fine-tune, and deploy custom Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and Azure OpenAI capabilities to handle inbound supplier exceptions, interpret document context, and automate administrative procurement steps.
  • Extend and customize standard D365 F&SCM database entities via high-quality X++ development, ensuring all external supplier-facing portal actions synchronize smoothly with back-end Procurement & Sourcing records.
  • Architect robust integration points to pass clean, validated supplier delivery dates, partial fulfilment data, and tracking insights immediately down to the automated D365 WMS module.

Location: UK Remote. Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
