We are looking for a D365 CE Solution Architect to lead functional solution design and integration design across client delivery projects. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and wider Microsoft AI Business Solutions, including Customer Insights, Contact Centre and Power Platform. The role will also take ownership of solution design on sales pursuits, support scope management during delivery, and help ensure successful outcomes across multiple projects while meeting expectations at Senior Manager grade.
