Our leading Microsoft Gold Partner has created a new position within the business, for a Dynamics 365 Licensing Specialist. You will be working as part of the business\’ New Business Sales Team.
This can be performed on a Hybrid basis, with some travel to London Head office and trips to Microsoft / other Vendors expected on occasion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a licensing strategy, resulting in cost optimization, scalability and compliance
- Recommend appropriate D365 licenses; covering Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service and others
- Complete Microsoft Licensing training
- Prepare and manage internal audits to ensure compliancy
- Identify opportunities to increase performance and reduce costs when applicable
- Manage license renewals
- Provide advice and support to Project teams regarding Licensing
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience managing Microsoft Licensing – ideally with Dynamics 365
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Licensing models; enterprise agreements and cloud subscriptions plans
- Direct CSP and MS Admin portal experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Ideally experienced with Software Asset Management tools
