Our Global End User client is looking for a D365 F&O Support Analyst to assist them on a global roll out of D365 F&SCM. You will join a busy implementation team and help support users, across various locations in Europe, with post go live needs. Those that have supported Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 FO solutions at 2nd or 3rd line level would be ideal for this role. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible; the role is outside IR35 and will last more than 6 months. For the first 3 months you will be required onsite 5 days a week.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations from a Manufacturing / Production / Supply Chain perspective
- Proven knowledge and demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- You will preferably have experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ideally have experience working in multi country / global projects
- You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer/vendor relationship skills (internal and External)
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace challenges
Main Responsibilities
- Technical and business process support for new ERP implementation
- Assist in delivery of new solutions and enhancements into a production state
- Participate in testing and validation where appropriate
- Resolving operational incidents
- Work with users and business partners to manage issues and come up with new solutions
- Advise on how to conduct processes
- Support process adoption via training materials
- Ensure P1 and P2 issues are resolved swiftly
