Our leading logistics organisation, based near Birmingham, are embarking on a UK and European wide Dynamics 365 CE programme of work. They are looking to hire a locally based D365 CE Consultant who has a strong background with the Customer Service module.
This full time, permanent position requires onsite presence and is offered on a hybrid basis with a sensible and flexible approach to start/finish times.
Key Skills & Experience:- Strong background working as a D365 CE Functional Consultant
- Experience working with Customer Service module within D365
- Excellent communication and an ability to liaise with stakeholders of all seniorities
- Understanding of Power Platform – Power Automate and Power Apps in particular
- Any experience with Azure Services, PowerBI and Customer Insights would be a bonus!
- Facilitate design workshops, grasp the client's business processes and goals, and capture requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure these designs and integrations are implemented successfully
- Lead workshops with users to help ensure high adoption rates
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations
Location: Birmingham
