Our UK-based end-user client is looking for a Master Data Analyst to join their internal IT team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is focused on managing and maintaining core master data within Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) and ensuring data quality and consistency across the wider IT estate.

- Previous experience in a data-focused role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Understanding of complex data structures and relationships
- Knowledge of data governance and master data management best practices
- Ability to mentor and support users on effective data management
- Proficiency with MS Office (essential)
- Familiarity with ITIL and service management processes (desirable)
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee product data setup for new product introductions in JDE and i-Theses, including item creation and data validation
- Manage master data service tickets via Freshservice and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure integrity of data flows between JDE and other IT systems
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to ensure data consistency and accurate reporting
- Support business projects by assisting with data setup and ensuring data readiness
- Continuously monitor and improve overall data quality across systems
