A highly acquisitive global organisation is seeking an experienced Global NetSuite ERP Lead to take ownership of its worldwide NetSuite strategy, governance, optimisation, and implementation programme. Operating across multiple international markets, the business is undergoing significant growth and has already made substantial progress in rolling out NetSuite across its global operations. The next phase of the journey requires a Senior NetSuite expert who can drive standardisation, best practice, and successful implementations across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years NetSuite experience preferably in a consulting environment
  • Proven experience leading NetSuite ERP implementations and rollouts across multiple entities or business units.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
  • Hands-on NetSuite expertise, including configuration, process design, reporting, and user support.
  • Experience operating in a global or multi-entity environment.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience with financial planning and consolidation platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Exposure to ERP integrations and broader finance systems landscapes.
  • Previous experience supporting acquisitions, business integrations, or ERP transformation programmes.
  • Formal project management qualifications or experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ongoing global rollout and optimisation of NetSuite ERP.
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices across multiple business units and legal entities.
  • Review existing NetSuite environments and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardisation.
  • Design and implement scalable finance processes including: Month-end and quarter-end close, Intercompany accounting, Foreign currency management, Financial and management reporting.
  • Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and system enhancements.
  • Act as the global NetSuite subject matter expert and super-user.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to finance teams and key stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with NetSuite and third-party implementation partners.
  • Support integrations with wider finance systems and reporting platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce reliance on external consultants.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses into the NetSuite ecosystem.
  • Participate in steering committees and influence strategic ERP decisions at a global level.
