We are working with a fast-growing B2B FinTech company that is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, and have experience selling SaaS solutions, ERP software, or financial automation platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or D365, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, new business development, and full sales cycle ownership, including outbound prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, solution selling, and closing mid-market to enterprise clients.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years’ experience in SaaS sales, ERP, or enterprise software roles such as Account Executive, Business Development, or similar client-facing positions, ideally with exposure to complex, solution-led sales cycles
- Experience working with or selling ERP or finance platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable cloud-based systems
- Proven ability to own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery through to product demos, negotiation, and closing
- Strong commercial understanding of how business systems connect across finance and operations, with the ability to translate technical capability into business value
- Confident engaging senior decision makers, particularly within finance teams, with a structured and proactive approach to building pipeline and closing new business
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a full sales pipeline, taking opportunities from initial outreach through to close across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Act as the main commercial contact for prospects, building strong relationships and aligning internal teams around client requirements and buying processes
- Develop a solid understanding of prospect finance operations and systems landscape, positioning the solution effectively against existing ERP or financial tools
- Run tailored product demonstrations and discovery sessions, clearly articulating value and linking functionality to specific business outcomes
- Work closely with internal teams to refine sales messaging, improve conversion rates, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation and customer success
Location: Hybrid (4 days in London). Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
