We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic Programme Manager to lead complex technology-driven transformation programmes across a growing transformation practice. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on helping small to medium-sized businesses deliver successful system change, with relevance to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite-led transformation. The role will take ownership of early-stage client engagements, shape transformation roadmaps and budgets, and oversee full lifecycle delivery from discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transformation leader to join a growing team and play a key role in driving successful commercial and delivery outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive programme management experience delivering technology-led transformation programmes
  • Strong practical delivery experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, and/or NetSuite
  • Proven experience leading complex ERP or business systems transformation within client-facing environments
  • Experience developing transformation roadmaps, integrated plans, governance structures and RAID management approaches
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability, including senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Experience leading and developing large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams across PMO, business analysis, testing, data, change and technical delivery
  • Strong commercial awareness, including estimation, budgeting, commercial models and contractual input
  • Experience supporting business development activities such as proposals, solution shaping and client presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced engagements with accuracy, resilience and attention to detail
  • Experience working across sectors such as manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, construction, business services, retail or hospitality desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technology-led transformation programmes from strategy and discovery through to design, build, test, deployment and post-go-live support
  • Oversee cross-functional delivery teams across programme management, PMO, business analysis, testing, data migration, business change, cutover and technical solution delivery
  • Develop transformation roadmaps, integrated delivery plans, governance models, RAID approaches and budgets
  • Work with clients to shape programme scope, business cases, solution options, timelines and delivery risks
  • Provide specialist oversight across key workstreams including testing, training, data, reporting, planning and business change
  • Lead commercial and financial aspects of delivery, including estimation, budgeting, commercial models and contractual input
  • Support business development through proposal support, solution design, preparation for orals and ongoing client relationship building
  • Collaborate with global delivery teams and technology partners to ensure cohesive execution and alignment across platforms
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations and influence decision-making to support programme success
  • Drive successful client outcomes across complex transformation engagements

Location: Hybrid – London (3 days per week on site)
