We’re currently supporting an end user organisation seeking an experienced NetSuite Support Consultant to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a business-as-usual support role and will suit an individual with a proven background in NetSuite support, administration, and user assistance within a live NetSuite environment.

This position is for a Support Consultant, not a Functional Consultant happy to do support work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line NetSuite support to end users
  • Managing and resolving support tickets
  • Troubleshooting system issues and user queries
  • Delivering user training and guidance
  • Supporting business processes and system optimisation
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective use of NetSuite

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a dedicated NetSuite Support Consultant, NetSuite Administrator, Application Support Analyst or similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting NetSuite users in a BAU environment
  • Experience across:
    • P2P
    • O2C
    • R2R
    • FAM
    • Inventory Management
    • SuiteProjects
  • Comfortable managing user requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training

Desirable Skills

  • Exposure to Celigo integrations
  • Experience supporting multi-functional business users across Finance, Operations and Projects
