Our client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Systems & Integrations Analyst to join their growing business. This is a hands‑on role focused on owning and stabilising the NetSuite environment within a fast‑paced organisation. You will work across NetSuite and the wider systems landscape, including integrations, fulfilment providers, and other third‑party tools. The role is highly execution‑focused, with an emphasis on keeping systems reliable, improving existing processes, and ensuring data accuracy across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, solving real operational problems, and taking ownership of system stability and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience working with NetSuite in a functional or systems support role
  • Strong understanding of core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
  • Hands‑on experience with NetSuite administration, including workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting system integrations and data flows between NetSuite and third‑party platforms
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and operational systems such as Shopify, WMS, or fulfilment tools
  • Strong problem‑solving ability with a focus on system stability and data integrity

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support and maintenance of the NetSuite system
  • Monitor and resolve system and integration issues across NetSuite and connected platforms
  • Ensure key finance and operational processes are running accurately and efficiently within NetSuite
  • Maintain and improve workflows, reports, saved searches, and dashboards
  • Support integration stability between NetSuite and third‑party systems (eCommerce, fulfilment, logistics)
  • Identify and resolve data issues, ensuring accuracy across systems
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Digital teams to support business needs
  • Contribute to ongoing system improvements without over‑engineering solutions

Location Hybrid (4 days a week in London). Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
