Drive the next phase of a global Workday Finance transformation. Have you worked on a Workday Finance implementation and wondered what comes next? We’re working with an exciting global organisation that is looking for an experienced Workday Finance professional to take ownership of the optimisation of its Workday Finance platform. Rather than delivering another implementation, this role is all about unlocking the full potential of Workday; improving finance processes, enhancing controls, increasing user adoption and driving continuous improvement across an international finance function. Working closely with senior finance leaders and stakeholders across the UK, Europe and North America, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Workday Finance is used going forward.
Responsibilities:
- Review and assess the current Workday Finance environment.

- Standardise finance processes across multiple international entities.
- Produce high-quality process documentation, SOPs and user guides.
- Build an audit-ready controls framework and supporting documentation.
- Facilitate workshops with Finance, IT and business stakeholders.
- Deliver training and support user adoption of new processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and maximise the value of the Workday platform.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Workday Finance, ideally in a post-implementation or optimisation environment.
- A background in Finance Systems, ERP Consulting or Finance Transformation.
- Experience improving finance processes rather than simply supporting BAU.
- Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience documenting finance processes, controls and system procedures.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or part-qualified) is desirable.
Desirable Experience:
- Finance transformation programmes.
- ERP implementations or post-go-live reviews.
