Our client has recently been through an NSPB implementation and is now looking at an external resource to join and sit within their FP&A team to support the team, as well as train and roll out NSPB across their organisation. This role would require you to be on-site in London 2 days a week to support and train the team.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on NSPB planning and building experience
- 2+ years NSPB experience
- Strong FP&A background
- Ability to train and work with key stakeholders of the business
- Experience rolling out NSPB or similar to different subsidiaries
Role & Responsibilities:
- Review and rationalise existing NSPB planning models to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Co-develop new forms and reports with the FP&A team for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Train FP&A staff on building and maintaining forms, business rules, and reports within NSPB
- Create a playbook and design standards to reduce reliance on external consultants
- Support the rollout of NSPB to other parts of the organisation, ensuring adoption and consistency
- Maximise internal tool knowledge by coaching the team on both Browser and Smart View functionality
Location: Hybrid β London/Remote
