Our client is a consultancy specialising in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Oracle EPM Consultant to join their team. You will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM solutions for clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, develop your expertise, and grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work alongside experienced consultants, assisting with client projects across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS).
- Configure and customise Oracle EPM applications to meet client requirements.
- Support data integration, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues.
- Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle EPM reporting tools.
- Participate in user training and documentation preparation.
- Stay up to date with Oracle EPM developments and best practices.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation concepts.
- Some implementation experience with Oracle PBCS OR EPBCS (Cloud or On‑Premise) is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or scripting languages is a plus.
