Our client, a global end-user, is looking for a hands-on NetSuite Financial Systems Support Specialist /NetSuite Consultant who thrives on solving problems, understanding how systems connect, and keeping business-critical operations running smoothly. The objective is to transition all businesses onto NetSuite by the end of 2026, with approximately half of the portfolio already operating on the platform. Ongoing support is provided to users across Europe through a central ticketing system, alongside nominated key users within larger business units who assist with day-to-day queries, particularly for new starters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining system access and settings, supporting users, managing configurations and integrations, overseeing data quality, and driving continuous system improvements to ensure reliability and alignment with business requirements.
  • Providing day-to-day support to system users across multiple regions through a centralised ticketing process, resolving queries and escalating complex issues where required.
  • Managing system administration activities, including user access, roles, permissions, and core configuration settings to maintain secure and reliable operations.
  • Configuring and maintaining system elements such as forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations in line with evolving business needs.
  • Overseeing data-related activities including imports, exports, validation, and ongoing data quality management in accordance with governance standards.
  • Supporting implementation and enhancement projects by assisting with system setup, testing, documentation, training, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency through optimisation, automation, and adoption of new system features and best practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years NetSuite administration and implementation experience.
  • Proven experience providing first- and second-line support for a Financial ERP system (NetSuite experience is essential).
  • Experience with a travel or expense reimbursement system.
  • Understanding of travel expense and reimbursement best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in accounting and finance systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with Finance and IT teams.

Location: Remote. Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
