Our end user client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take on full responsibility for the financial strategy, governance and performance in the UK. The role ensures strong financial control, cash and working capital management, and provides strategic partnership to the Country Manager and leadership team.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Advanced financial leadership and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate business strategy into financial plans, provide clear insights, and influence senior stakeholders and Board-level decision-making.
  • Strong FP&A expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, KPI development, profitability analysis, and performance management within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Excellent technical accounting knowledge, with experience delivering accurate management reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and managing statutory accounts, audits, and UK compliance requirements.
  • Cash flow, treasury, and working capital management capability, with a track record of improving liquidity, optimising cash conversion cycles, and strengthening financial discipline across the business.
  • Proven experience with finance systems and ERP platforms, with strong hands-on expertise in NetSuite ERP, including reporting, data integrity, process automation, and continuous system improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Operations, and senior leadership to support commercial decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial leadership by partnering with the UK Country Manager and senior leadership to support decision-making, translate business strategy into financial plans, and deliver clear financial insights and recommendations to the Board.
  • Lead financial planning and performance management, owning the annual budget, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and KPI frameworks while driving accountability through dashboards, profitability analysis, and pricing and margin optimisation.
  • Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and controls, ensuring timely and accurate monthly management accounts, strong internal controls, and successful delivery of statutory reporting, year-end processes, and external audit requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital, including liquidity planning, optimisation of AR/AP processes, and oversight of banking relationships and treasury activities where applicable.
  • Ensure tax compliance, governance, and risk management, maintaining adherence to UK statutory requirements, supporting GDPR-aligned finance processes, and managing financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  • Drive commercial partnership and systems excellence, collaborating with Sales and Operations on pricing, contracts, and profitability while leading finance systems optimisation particularly NetSuite ERP and delivering continuous process improvements across reporting, controls, and data integrity.

Location: Hybrid – London. Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
