We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation delivering ERP and NetSuite business solutions. This role is critical to the successful onboarding and delivery of ERP implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering ERP or software implementation projects
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships quickly with clients and internal teams
- Confident leading meetings and chairing steering group sessions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project
- Understanding of ERP financial and business processes (desirable)
- Formal project management training or certification (desirable)
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver ERP implementation projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Ensure effective resource allocation and availability
- Create and maintain detailed project plans to track progress
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders throughout delivery
- Manage client relationships and key stakeholder expectations
- Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Manage and document change requests accurately
- Escalate issues to project sponsors or steering groups where required
- Approve project timesheets and expenses against agreed budgets
Location: Hybrid – Hampshire / Remote
