The D365 F&O Functional Analyst is responsible for analysing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating user needs into technical specifications. The responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams, participating in sprint planning and reviews, and ensuring that the final product meets user expectations. Additionally, the role involves supporting testing efforts, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and delivery.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of D365 Supply Chain Management is essential, and knowledge of other modules, such as Finance (Accounts Receivable), would be highly beneficial.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements and user stories.
- Translate those business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements that can be understood and implemented by development teams.
- Co-ordinate & engage in activities of Agile Sprint ceremonies.
- Manage the change control management process of future changes, releases, updates and enhancements of Enterprise Applications.
- Provide guidance for system changes and enhancements to the rest of the team.
- Coordination and Communication between business users, members from their own team and enabling teams.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile processes and methodologies within the team or organisation.
- Assisting in the definition of test cases and scenarios, and collaborating with testers to ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of requirements, user stories, and system functionalities.
Location: Remote. Candidates must have the right to work in this country.
