We are looking for a super talented Mid-weight Designer to bring their experience, ambition and potential into the agency with a strong willingness to learn, develop and make a real difference. This is a hybrid role and you will need to be able to either work from our Rotterdam office or from our office based near Tunbridge Wells, in the UK. We are open to either location!

As a Mid-weight Designer, you will be involved in projects across the total agency – a go-to person for brilliant design and creative support as and when needed. Every day will be very different! With huge opportunity to learn and develop personally and within the agency, this is a fantastic opportunity to create work that really can ignite change. You will be working on branding and advertising projects of all shapes and sizes, for local, national and global brands across all communications from print, web, social media, and even packaging design.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things design and work well in a collaborative environment. You will work with art directors, writers, strategists, retouchers, account and project managers to create brave and challenging work for our clients’ brands. Your ideas and creativity will demonstrate a natural design talent, with an eye for detail that is second to none.
Experience:- Broad experience including formal training in design and/or industry experience gained over 5+ years as a designer, graphic designer or similar design-led role in a fast-paced creative environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating recent projects including consumer brand communications, key visuals and asset creation.
- Concepting unique and new ideas across a variation of design work, from beautifully crafted logos to polished advertising visuals.
- Putting together concise, beautiful and considered decks for client presentations and brand toolkits.
- You would ideally have had experience working within a collaborative structure and display exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You must be enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude and able to adapt to changing business needs.
- You must have an unwavering eye for detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Familiar with working in a fast-paced dynamic and adaptable environment.
- A portfolio showcasing a history of working to brief.
- Understand the process from brief to concept to design to production.
- Proactive and able to act with independence and integrity.
- Brilliant vision without ego.
- Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to manage own workload and time effectively to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude to working with diverse personalities and complex dynamics.

- Adobe Creative Suite expertise: Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint. Experience using Premiere Pro and After Effects is a benefit.
- Great layout and typography design skills.
