Catch 22 are recruiting for an experienced HSQE Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing Facilities Management business based in Wokingham. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance across a large multi-site portfolio, ensuring high standards are maintained while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver H&S, environmental and quality training
  • Maintain CHAS, ISO 14001 and support ISO 9001 accreditations
  • Conduct accident investigations and implement preventative measures
  • Review risk assessments and safe systems of work
  • Develop policies, procedures and compliance documentation
  • Lead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture
  • Attend customer sites and company meetings across the region

About You:

  • Previous experience within the cleaning or FM sector
  • IOSH qualification (or equivalent H&S qualification)
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, COSHH and compliance processes
  • Experience managing ISO systems, CHAS and quality accreditations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
