Catch 22 is recruiting an experienced Validation Technician to join a growing specialist business operating at the forefront of clean air technology. Working across Oxfordshire in healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory and research environments, you will play a key role in the testing, validation and certification of critical facilities and equipment.

The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering testing, validation and certification services within cleanrooms, laboratories and other controlled environments. Combining hands-on site work with technical reporting, you will collect performance data, carry out specialist testing, interpret results and produce the compliance reports clients rely on to keep their facilities operational and compliant. This is a field-based role involving regional travel and regular overnight stays, offering the opportunity to work within some of the UK’s most advanced healthcare, scientific and pharmaceutical environments.
Ideal CandidateWe are keen to hear from experienced Validation Technicians, LEV Engineers, Cleanroom Engineers or similar technical professionals working within regulated environments. Experience within cleanroom validation, LEV, containment or regulated environments is highly desirable, particularly where you have worked with HEPA filter testing, particle counting, laminar flow systems, BSCs/MBSCs, fume cupboards, isolators, decontamination or fumigation processes. Knowledge of ISO 14644, HSG258, EU GMP Annex 1 and qualifications such as BOHS P601-P604 or W201 would be advantageous.
You will also have experience producing technical reports, interpreting performance data and delivering work within healthcare, pharmaceutical, life science or research environments. Experience leading site activities, mentoring junior technicians or acting as a technical lead would be beneficial.
