Our client, a Market Leading Property Management organisation, are currently on the search for a Night Duty Manager to join their team at their large public building in Grays, Essex. The purpose of the Duty Manager Nights role is to take responsibility for operational delivery for the night shifts at the site in line with our clients objectives of delivering a first-class customer experience at the site.

As part of a team of duty managers with full operational responsibility for the delivery of exceptional customer service and Operational Delivery standards, you will have direct line management responsibility for the onsite Soft Services teams. You will be a result driven security manager with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment. You will proactively champion initiatives through clear communication, coaching and engagement with the delivery teams.

Along with enhanced customer relationship skills, you will possess the ability to act decisively with an uncompromising eye for detail; to ensure the site is immaculately presented, safe and secure throughout operating hours. The role will suit candidates who enjoy managing "from the floor" and not from a desk.

Please note that this is a full time permanent position. 40 hours per week (Rolling shifts - 4 on 4 off) 12hr shifts including 2 x 1hr breaks.
