Catch 22 is working with a growing facilities management provider based in Leeds to recruit an Account Manager. This is a really good opportunity to join the business at a key stage of growth and play a hands-on role in helping to develop and expand their FM division.

Responsibilities

  • The position will focus on managing a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed standards.
  • You'll be responsible for overseeing remedial works and quotations, attending client meetings, supporting engineers and internal teams with day-to-day delivery, and monitoring overall account performance, including commercial aspects.

Qualifications

  • We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience within facilities management and are confident in managing client relationships.
  • Experience within hard services and exposure to HVAC products would be a strong advantage.
  • The right person will be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a client-facing role.

Work Location and Hours

This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm and offering a salary of around £40k.
