Catch 22 are working with a growing facilities management provider based in Leeds to recruit an Account Manager. This is a really good opportunity to join the business at a key stage of growth and play a hands-on role in helping to develop and expand their FM division.
The position will focus on managing a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed standards. You’ll be responsible for overseeing remedial works and quotations, attending client meetings, supporting engineers and internal teams with day-to-day delivery, and monitoring overall account performance, including commercial aspects.
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience within facilities management and are confident in managing client relationships. Experience within hard services and exposure to HVAC products would be a strong advantage. The right person will be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a client-facing role.
This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm and offering a salary of around £40k. If interested and suitable please apply.
