Catch22 is seeking a People Operations Officer to deliver a customer-focused HR processing service across multiple areas of the organisation.

You will work with Service Managers to ensure adherence to HR policies, processes and practices, including role approvals, onboarding and leaver processes, and TUPE adaptations.

Based at our Brasted office with potential travel to services, you will support with payroll-related changes, absence management, and confidential investigations.
