Catch 22 are working with a national public sector organisation at the heart of the creative and cultural sector to recruit a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join their Estates & Facilities team in Manchester City Centre. Supporting offices across Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle, you'll help ensure workplace environments remain safe, compliant, well-maintained and welcoming for colleagues and visitors. Key Responsibilities Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works Manage contractor and supplier relationships Support health & safety, compliance and workplace audits Maintain facilities records, systems and reporting Assist with office moves, refurbishments projects, workplace set-ups and day-to-day facilities operations Support with service charge budgets, leasing, procurement and purchase orders Work closely with and deputise for the Senior Facilities Manager when required Ideal Applicant Must have experience within commercial facilities management Experience coordinating maintenance and contractor activities Strong organisational and communication skills Good knowledge of workplace health & safety - IOSH Managing Safely would be beneficial Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams Ability to work flexible hours where needed and be available for emergency situations Able to travel to other sites in Leeds and Newcastle when needed (Usually fortnightly) Customer focused with a collaborative attitude and a desire to build a career within Facilities Management.
