Job Description

Catch 22 are recruiting for a

Building Host on behalf of a leading property management organisation.

Based at Wythenshawe, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and customer-focused team within a modern office environment.

The successful candidate will be the face of the building, providing an exceptional experience for visitors and tenants while supporting the day-to-day operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors and tenants, providing a professional first impression.
  • Manage reception duties including answering and transferring calls.
  • Build positive relationships with tenants and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Carry out daily building and reception area checks, maintaining high presentation standards.
  • Liaise with cleaning, maintenance and security teams.
  • Assist with visitor management and tenant communications.
  • Support the Building Manager with administration, filing and general office duties.
  • Maintain tenant contact records and assist with building compliance activities, including fire tests and planned evacuations.
  • Take ownership of the reception and lobby areas, ensuring they remain welcoming and well-presented at all times.
  • Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience within reception, front of house, hospitality, retail or customer service.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Professional, personable and confident communicator.
  • Able to work independently and use initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • A positive, proactive approach and willingness to go above and beyond for tenants and visitors.

This is a permanent, full time role paying a salary of £28,000. Some flexibility may be needed for working hours.
