Catch 22 are working with a leading property management organisation to recruit an Assistant Building Manager for a prestigious commercial office development based near Trafford. Working alongside the Senior Building Manager, you'll help deliver exceptional facilities management, contractor performance, tenant engagement and health & safety compliance across the estate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing hard and soft service contractors
- Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Building strong relationships with occupiers and tenants
- Conducting site inspections and health & safety audits
- Assisting with budgets, service charges and supplier performance reviews
- Supporting projects and minor works across the site
What We're Looking For
- Facilities Management experience within a commercial environment
- IOSH Managing Safely (essential)
- Good understanding of contractor management
- Knowledge of hard and soft FM services
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
