We are currently with a market leading, International FM organisation who are looking to recruit a Technical Engineering Manager to lead a large on-site critical shift team (circa 25 engineers) at a flagship financial services account in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer or supervisor with critical environments or data centre experience who is looking to step up into a senior leadership role. You will be responsible for operational delivery, team leadership, and maintaining the highest standards across a mission‑critical facility.
Key requirements:
- Background in critical or data centre environments
- Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND, C&G, NVQ L3+, or degree level)
- HV/LV Authorised Person status
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical systems, including UPS, generators, HV/LV distribution, cooling systems, BMS and life safety.
- Proven people management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and operational focus
In return, our client is offering a salary of £77,000 per annum (Flexibility for the right candidate), plus Car Allowance (£5100) + bonus (16%) plus other benefits.
