We're currently recruiting for an experienced Hard Services Project Coordinator to support the delivery of engineering projects within a fast-paced facilities environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a technical setting, enjoys working with detail, and can confidently manage multiple supplier inputs while supporting high-quality project delivery. This is a temporary position on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination of hard services/engineering projects across multiple sites
- Sourcing, reviewing, and challenging complex supplier quotations
- Tracking, managing, and consolidating multiple supplier submissions
- Producing clear, structured reports for internal teams and clients
- Identifying risks and proactively escalating with well-informed recommendations
- Driving consistency across processes, documentation, and reporting
