The role focuses on cleaning and maintenance services primarily for HNW residential clients in central London. The Operations Manager is there to ensure exceptional service quality and client satisfaction.

Role and responsibilities:

  • The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing processes, managing a team, ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting client reviews, and overseeing contract performance including financial management and reporting.
