Our client, a leading international real estate provider, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of commercial properties across Leeds.
This is a senior role responsible for delivering hard and soft FM services, managing service charge budgets, supplier and team performance, compliance, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service charge budgets and expenditure.
Lead site teams and manage supplier performance.
Oversee M&E services, compliance, and health & safety.
Conduct inspections and manage planned works.
Manage procurement, contractors, and capital projects.
Build strong client and tenant relationships.
Produce reports and chair stakeholder meetings.
Ensure security, emergency, and sustainability standards are maintained.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced Facilities Manager with multi-site or large-site experience.
Strong knowledge of service charge budgets, commercial leases, and landlord & tenant relationships.
Experience managing teams and contractors.
Good understanding of M&E services and statutory compliance.
NEBOSH qualified; IWFM/RICS desirable.
Strong communication and IT skills.
Package
Salary around £50,000. 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with option to buy more.
