The Role
We are recruiting for a Part Time Business Support Assistant to join a busy Facilities and Compliance Helpdesk team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to play a key role in supporting the delivery of maintenance, compliance, and health & safety services across a large commercial environment.
Based on the Helpdesk, you will be responsible for coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities, updating CAFM systems, monitoring service levels, and ensuring compliance-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor maintenance requests through the CAFM system.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to ensure service delivery standards are achieved.
- Track compliance documentation, certificates, and audit actions.
- Monitor contractor attendance and update system records.
- Support Health & Safety and Fire Compliance teams with reporting and administration.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of operational records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
About You
We're looking for someone who is
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in a customer service, helpdesk, administration, or facilities support role.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and late-night shifts.
